These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Participant")
and The Travel League LLC doing business as Stay Trippin ("Stay Trippin"), concerning travel
services provided by Stay Trippin. By utilizing any services provided by Stay Trippin, you agree
to be bound by these Terms. Please carefully read and understand the following provisions:

Guests must make reservations using their full legal name as it appears on the government-issued identification document that will be used for travel purposes. It is imperative that the name provided during the reservation process matches exactly with the identification document to avoid any discrepancies or issues during travel.
By making a reservation with Stay Trippin, guests acknowledge and accept that they are responsible for providing accurate and complete identification information. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccuracies or discrepancies in the guest's identification details provided during the reservation process.
Failure to provide accurate identification information may result in denied boarding, cancellation of travel arrangements, or additional fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Guests are advised to verify their identification details carefully before making reservations to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Stay Trippin reserves the right to request proof of identification at any time during the booking process or while traveling. Guests who fail to produce valid identification matching the reservation details may be denied services or assistance.
Reservations must include accurate contact information for the Participant, including email address and phone number, to facilitate communication and coordination. It is essential that participants provide up-to-date contact details to ensure seamless communication throughout the booking process and during the trip.
Stay Trippin relies on the provided contact information to communicate important updates, itinerary changes, or other relevant information regarding the trip. Therefore, participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains current and accessible throughout the duration of the trip.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the trip, Stay Trippin may need to reach participants quickly. Having accurate contact information on file enables Stay Trippin to efficiently communicate with participants and provide assistance as needed.
Participants are encouraged to promptly notify Stay Trippin of any changes to their contact information to ensure continued communication and support throughout their travel experience. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any disruptions or issues arising from participants' failure to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Deposits.
To secure a reservation with Stay Trippin, participants may be required to make an initial deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will vary depending on the tour or travel package selected. Failure to submit the required deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Full Payment.
Participants are required to make full payment for their reservation by the designated due date, as outlined in the booking confirmation. Failure to submit full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.
Late Payments.
Participants who fail to submit payments by the designated due date may be subject to late fees or penalties as outlined in Stay Trippin's payment policy. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure timely payment to avoid additional charges and maintain their reservation status.
Subject to change.
All prices quoted by Stay Trippin are subject to change until full payment or deposit is received and confirmed. Any additional charges or fees will be clearly stated in the reservation confirmation.
Reinstatement of Reservations.
Reservations that have been canceled due to non-payment may be reinstated at the discretion of Stay Trippin, subject to availability and payment of any outstanding balances, late fees, or reinstatement fees. Participants seeking reinstatement of their reservation should contact Stay Trippin's customer service team promptly to discuss options.
Last Minute Reservations.
Stay Trippin may accommodate last-minute reservations based on availability and at the discretion of the tour operator. Participants interested in booking last-minute reservations should contact Stay Trippin's customer service team to inquire about availability and payment options.
Form of Payment.
Reservations with Stay Trippin can be conveniently made online using major credit cards, providing ease and security for our valued participants. Accepted credit cards may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, among others, subject to our payment processing policies.
Reservation Name Changes.
Participants may request changes to the name(s) on their reservation, subject to Stay Trippin's name change policy and any applicable fees. Name changes may require reissuance of travel documents and are subject to availability. Participants should contact Stay Trippin's customer service team to request name changes and inquire about associated fees.
Refunds.
All bookings made with Stay Trippin are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, it is deemed final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another individual or travel date. Participants are encouraged to carefully review their travel plans and itinerary before making a reservation. By completing the booking process, participants acknowledge and accept the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of their reservation.
Cancellations.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will be exclusively accepted in writing. To initiate the cancellation process, please send your cancellation request via email to infostaytrippin@gmail.com. Be sure to include your invoice number, full name, and travel date in your email.
Upon receipt of your cancellation email, you will be sent a cancellation request form via email. It is essential to complete this form to finalize the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours of sending your cancellation email, please call 989-933-5111 or email infostaytrippin@gmail.com to confirm that your information was received.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank for any transactions related to travel arrangements booked through The Travel League LLC (DBA Stay Trippin), guests are required to contact Stay Trippin directly for resolution. Guests can reach Stay Trippin by phone at 989-933-5111 or by email at infostaytrippin@gmail.com to discuss account resolution.
It is essential to communicate with Stay Trippin regarding any billing disputes, discrepancies, or concerns before pursuing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Stay Trippin may result in the cancellation of your reservation and could potentially impact your ability to book future travel with Stay Trippin.

Please note that chargebacks could result in the cancellation of your reservation and may prevent future travel with The Travel League LLC (DBA Stay Trippin). Therefore, it is important to exhaust all avenues of communication with Stay Trippin before pursuing alternative actions such as chargebacks with your bank.
Passports and Visas.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their trip. It is essential to verify passport validity and visa requirements for each destination well in advance of travel dates to avoid any complications or disruptions during the trip. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any issues arising from participants' failure to comply with passport, visa, or other travel document requirements.
Children.
Stay Trippin's policies regarding children's travel, including age restrictions, accompanying adults, and special accommodations, will be communicated upon booking. Participants traveling with children are advised to review and understand the specific policies applicable to their chosen travel package. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure compliance with Stay Trippin's policies regarding children's travel.
Travel Insurance.
While not mandatory, Stay Trippin strongly recommends that participants purchase adequate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and other unexpected events. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and coverage of travel insurance policies carefully to ensure they meet their individual needs. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of participants' failure to obtain adequate travel insurance coverage.
Additional Travel Services.
In addition to the core components of your travel package, Stay Trippin offers a range of additional travel services to enhance your overall experience. These services may include accommodations, transfers, meals, sightseeing activities, and more.
Upon reservation confirmation, participants will receive detailed information about the additional travel services available for their specific tour or travel package. This information will outline the options, costs, and booking procedures for each additional service.
Participants are encouraged to review the details of the additional travel services and consider adding any desired options to their itinerary. Whether you're seeking a luxurious hotel stay, convenient airport transfers, culinary experiences, or guided tours of iconic landmarks, Stay Trippin has you covered with a variety of supplementary services to cater to your preferences.
Please note that availability for additional travel services may be limited and is subject to confirmation upon reservation. Participants should contact Stay Trippin's customer service team for assistance with booking additional services or for more information about the options available for their chosen tour or travel package.
Wheelchairs and Walkers. Participants requiring the use of wheelchairs or walkers during their travels are encouraged to inform Stay Trippin at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, including arranging for accessible accommodations and transportation where possible. However, participants should be aware that accessibility may vary
depending on the destination and local infrastructure.
International Tours. Participants with disabilities joining international tours should be aware that accessibility standards may differ from those in their home country. While Stay Trippin strives to select destinations and activities that are accessible to all participants, some areas or attractions may have limitations or barriers for individuals with disabilities. Participants are encouraged to inquire about accessibility considerations for specific tour itineraries before booking.
Service Animals. Stay Trippin acknowledges the importance of service animals for individuals with disabilities and welcomes their participation in our travel experiences. Participants bringing service animals on the trip are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and requirements pertaining to service animals, both domestically and internationally. This includes obtaining necessary documentation and adhering to any specific airline or destination requirements.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any issues or disputes related to the participation of individuals with disabilities, wheelchairs, walkers, or service animals in the travel arrangements. Participants with disabilities are encouraged to communicate their needs and requirements to Stay Trippin in advance of the trip to facilitate appropriate accommodations and ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all.
Stay Trippin acknowledges that it is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Participants should be aware that airline schedules and flights are subject to change without prior notice due to various factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, operational constraints, and governmental regulations.
While Stay Trippin endeavors to provide accurate information and facilitate smooth travel experiences, participants are advised to remain informed about any changes to airline schedules or policies directly from the airlines themselves. It is recommended that participants regularly check their flight status and any updates provided by the airlines leading up to and during their travel period.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, disruptions, or changes related to airline services or policies. This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays, cancellations, changes in seating arrangements, baggage policies, or in-flight services. Participants are encouraged to stay proactive in managing their travel plans and to contact the respective airlines for any inquiries or assistance regarding their travel arrangements.
Electronic Ticket Issuance.
Airline tickets will be issued electronically approximately 30 days prior to departure. Once issued, these tickets are fully non-refundable, and refunds will not be provided for any cancellations or changes to travel plans.
Participants are advised to review their itinerary and travel dates carefully before the electronic ticket issuance. Any changes or cancellations after ticket issuance may result in the forfeiture of the entire ticket value.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the non-refundable nature of airline tickets. Participants are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to mitigate potential financial losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate cancellations or changes to travel plans.
Airline Seat Assignments.
Stay Trippin will make reasonable efforts to facilitate seat assignments for participants on booked flights. However, seat assignments are subject to availability and are ultimately determined by the airlines.
Participants may have the option to request preferred seating arrangements, such as aisle seats, window seats, or seats in a specific location within the aircraft. While Stay Trippin will endeavor to accommodate such requests, the availability of preferred seats cannot be guaranteed.
In some cases, airlines may impose additional fees for preferred seat assignments or may
reserve certain seats for elite members of their frequent flyer programs. Participants may be required to directly contact the airlines to arrange specific seat preferences or to inquire about any associated fees.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any issues related to seat assignments, including but not limited to changes, availability, or preferences. Participants are advised to review the airline's policies regarding seat assignments and to contact the airline directly for any specific requests or concerns.
Airline Frequent Flier Programs.
Participants may have the option to accrue miles or points through participating airline frequent flyer programs when booking flights through Stay Trippin. However, the availability of such programs and the accumulation of miles or points are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective airlines.
Stay Trippin does not guarantee participation in any specific airline frequent flyer program or the eligibility to earn miles or points. Participants are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the terms and conditions of the airline frequent flyer program they wish to utilize.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any issues or disputes related to the participation in airline frequent flyer programs, including the accrual or redemption of miles or points. Participants are advised to contact the respective airlines directly for inquiries or assistance regarding their frequent flyer accounts.
Contact Information.
Passengers are responsible for providing Stay Trippin with accurate and up-to-date contact information, including but not limited to name (full name as it appears on their passport), email addresses, phone numbers, and any other relevant details required for communication purposes. This information is crucial for communication purposes and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the trip.

Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including the name as it appears on the passport, may result in delays, missed communications, or other complications during the trip for which Stay Trippin shall not be held liable. Therefore, passengers are urged to diligently maintain and update their contact information, ensuring alignment with their passport details, as necessary.
Name Change Policy.
Any request for a name change, including minor spelling corrections, may necessitate the cancellation and rebooking of airline reservations. Airlines typically enforce strict policies regarding name changes on tickets, and even minor alterations may require the reservation to be voided and reissued.
Participants should be aware that airlines may treat name changes as a cancellation of the original reservation and may impose applicable fees or penalties for rebooking. Additionally, the availability of alternate flights or seats cannot be guaranteed, and participants may incur additional costs associated with rebooking, such as fare differences or administrative fees.
Stay Trippin recommends carefully reviewing all booking details, including passenger names, at the time of reservation to ensure accuracy. Any errors or discrepancies should be promptly reported to Stay Trippin for assessment and potential resolution.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and consistent passenger information to avoid the need for name changes. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any costs, penalties, or disruptions arising from name change requests, including minor spelling corrections, that necessitate the cancellation and rebooking of airline reservations.
Airline Taxes & Fuel Surcharges.
The cost of airline tickets includes applicable taxes and fuel surcharges imposed by airlines and governmental authorities. These charges are subject to change and may vary based on factors such as route, destination, and government regulations.
Stay Trippin endeavors to provide transparent pricing by including all known taxes and fuel surcharges in the initial ticket cost. However, fluctuations in taxes and fuel surcharges beyond our control may occur after booking.
Participants are advised that additional taxes or fuel surcharges imposed by airlines or governmental authorities may arise between the time of booking and departure. In such cases, participants may be required to pay any additional charges levied by airlines or governmental authorities.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any increases in airline taxes or fuel surcharges incurred after booking. Participants are responsible for complying with any additional charges imposed by airlines or governmental authorities and should budget accordingly for potential cost adjustments.
Schedule Changes.
In the event of schedule changes or flight changes, Stay Trippin will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants as soon as possible. Participants will be informed of any modifications to their travel arrangements, including alternative flight options or adjusted itinerary plans.
Please note that schedule changes or flight changes may occur before or during the trip. Stay Trippin will strive to minimize inconvenience and disruption to participants' travel experiences. However, participants should be prepared to accommodate such changes and remain flexible throughout their journey.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of schedule changes or flight changes, including but not limited to missed connections, additional accommodation costs, or itinerary adjustments. Participants are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage to mitigate any potential financial impacts arising from such circumstances.
The sightseeing activities and itinerary provided by Stay Trippin will be conducted primarily by motor vehicle, with the vehicle size determined by the number of participants. Our tours have been carefully crafted to accommodate both individual travelers and groups. Please note that the times listed in itineraries are approximate and serve as guidelines only.
In some cases, sightseeing may begin early in the morning to ensure tours are completed during daylight hours or to avoid the afternoon heat, especially in tropical and desert climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Late arrivals may be considered a "no-show," and refunds will not be provided for unused services.
While we strive to provide consistent services regardless of the number of tour participants, we cannot guarantee the exact number of passengers on any given tour. You may be traveling with a sizable group or only with your companions.
For individuals requiring assistance or with disabilities, please refer to the "Travelers With Disabilities" section for relevant information and accommodations.
Please be aware that on dates such as religious holidays or national celebrations, certain monuments and sites may be closed. In such instances, our touring itineraries may be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or renovations at national monuments and tourist sites, may necessitate last-minute changes to the tour sequence, locations visited, or accommodations. Stay Trippin reserves the right to make such adjustments or substitute hotels of a similar category without incurring additional costs.
While our itineraries may suggest activities for leisure time, these suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider. Participants should independently evaluate and consider any leisure activities before participation.
All requested rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested a king/double size bed. While we will make a bed type request on your behalf, please note that bed types are subject to availability. Room allocation is solely at the discretion of the hotel's management, typically based on a run-of-house basis. It's important to note that some single rooms may be smaller than standard room sizes. The number of guests accommodated does not determine the room size.
Air-conditioning usage abroad varies significantly from the United States, especially in many European hotels built before the introduction of central air-conditioning. It's common for air-conditioning to be turned off at night and during the transition periods between seasons. Please be aware that while air-conditioning is available at most 4 and 5-star hotels, its usage may differ from what you're accustomed to.
All hotel rates are non-negotiable and are based on Stay Trippin's agreements with its suppliers. Generally, hotel check-in time is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is before noon. When planning accommodations for a late-night flight, please ensure adequate arrangements are made. Stay Trippin reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal standard if necessary. Refunds will not be provided for any difference in the cost of these accommodations.
Stay Trippin provides detailed profiles for each hotel and cruise included in its travel packages. These profiles offer comprehensive information about the accommodations and amenities available to participants during their stay.
Stay Trippin's hotel and cruise ship profiles are compiled based on information provided to Stay Trippin by hotel and cruise ship partners, as well as their representatives. These profiles include images and descriptions of individual properties, intended to offer participants an overview of the accommodations and amenities available.
Please note that star ratings may vary from country to country, and Stay Trippin does its best to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information provided. However, Stay Trippin shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or discrepancies in images provided by third parties.
Participants are encouraged to review the hotel and cruise ship profiles carefully and reach out to Stay Trippin with any questions or concerns regarding specific properties. Stay Trippin strives to provide transparent and accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making for participants' travel experiences.
Transfers are arranged for each Stay Trippin tour by car, minibus, or motor coach, provided that airfare is purchased through Stay Trippin. If you choose a land-only tour or deviate from the itinerary's arrival and/or departure dates, you are responsible for arranging your own transfer to the hotel.
Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to two hours from your scheduled arrival time to accommodate minor delays. Stay Trippin or the transfer company will not be liable for flight delays beyond two hours from your originally scheduled arrival time. In the event of a delay due to flight delays, immigration and customs procedures, or baggage-related issues, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative transfer options, such as hiring a taxi.
Kindly be aware that transfer costs are non-refundable, and any extra expenses will be at your own expense. The cost of a transfer may exceed that of hiring a taxi due to Stay Trippin's comprehensive transfer service, which encompasses round trip service, commonly referred to as 'dead-leg.' This entails the driver traveling to the airport, hotel, or pier solely to pick you up, incurring a loss equivalent to a one-way fare. Additionally, entrance and parking fees may apply at airports, seaports, or hotels, where drivers may need to wait for up to an hour.
Although Stay Trippin's transfer drivers are not employees, they are reliable and provide a full welcome service, ensuring your transfer to the correct location and being available to answer any questions during your ride.
Meals provided during the trip will be as specified in each itinerary. Meals are typically based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. It is important to note that beverages are generally not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
While Stay Trippin cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all dietary preferences, we endeavor to accommodate special dietary requests submitted in writing at least 4 weeks prior to departure. To make a special dietary request, please contact us via email at infostaytrippin@gmail.com.
Participants are advised to review the itinerary carefully to understand the meal arrangements provided. By participating in the trip, participants acknowledge and accept the meal arrangements as specified in the itinerary. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or inconvenience arising from deviations in meal arrangements, provided that such arrangements conform to the specifications outlined in the itinerary.
Participants engaging in cruise activities are subject to additional terms and conditions specific to cruising, which are in addition to the general terms outlined in these Travel Terms & Conditions. These cruise-specific terms and conditions include, but are not limited to, provisions related to ship and itinerary changes, passenger conduct, onboard amenities, and safety protocols.
Upon confirmation of booking for a cruise, participants will receive detailed information outlining the specific terms and conditions applicable to their cruise itinerary. This documentation will provide comprehensive details regarding the cruise experience, including information about the cruise ship, planned itinerary, onboard facilities, dining options, entertainment offerings, shore excursions, and any additional policies or guidelines enforced by the cruise line.
Participants are advised to review the cruise-specific terms and conditions thoroughly before embarking on their journey. By participating in cruise activities, participants agree to abide by these additional terms and conditions, as well as any directives issued by the cruise line or its representatives during the course of the cruise.
Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any changes to the cruise ship or itinerary, including but not limited to ship substitutions, port cancellations, or itinerary alterations. Participants acknowledge that cruise itineraries are subject to change due to various factors, including weather conditions, port availability, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the cruise-specific terms and conditions and for complying with all rules, regulations, and safety protocols enforced by the cruise line. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any disputes, issues, or liabilities arising from the participant's failure to adhere to the cruise-specific terms and conditions or for any incidents occurring during the cruise.
By booking a cruise through Stay Trippin, participants acknowledge and accept their responsibility to review and abide by the cruise-specific terms and conditions provided, in addition to the general Travel Terms & Conditions outlined herein.
In the event that a passenger requires medical services during travel, including but not limited to emergency medical treatment, hospitalization, or evacuation, the resulting charges will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred for medical services obtained during travel, regardless of the circumstances.
Passengers are strongly advised to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance coverage to cover such medical expenses. Travel insurance may provide coverage for medical emergencies, including hospitalization, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, and other necessary medical expenses incurred during travel.
It is the responsibility of each passenger to review and understand the terms and coverage of their travel insurance policy. Stay Trippin shall not be responsible for assisting passengers in filing insurance claims or resolving disputes with insurance providers.
By booking travel arrangements with Stay Trippin, passengers acknowledge and accept their responsibility for arranging appropriate travel insurance coverage and agree to bear all costs associated with any medical services obtained during travel. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the passenger's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance coverage or for any expenses incurred for medical services during travel.
In order to maintain a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all participants, Stay Trippin reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual from a group tour or activity if their behavior is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow group members, tour guides, staff, and local residents. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to aggression, harassment, intoxication, vandalism, or disregard for group instructions, may result in expulsion from the group tour or activity.
Stay Trippin prioritizes the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all participants, and reserves the right to take appropriate action to address any behavior that threatens the well-being or enjoyment of the group as a whole. This may include, but is not limited to, removing the individual from the group tour or activity, arranging alternative accommodations or transportation at the individual's expense, or involving local authorities if necessary.
Participants who are expelled from a group tour or activity due to disruptive behavior shall not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for unused services and may be held liable for any damages or costs incurred as a result of their actions.
By participating in a group tour or activity organized by Stay Trippin, participants acknowledge and accept the authority of Stay Trippin to enforce this Group Harmony policy and agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by Stay Trippin and its representatives.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all health requirements for travel to their chosen destination(s). This includes but is not limited to obtaining any necessary vaccinations, medications, or medical clearance prior to departure. Participants should also be aware of any entry requirements, quarantine protocols, or testing procedures mandated by the destination(s) they plan to visit.

By booking travel arrangements with Stay Trippin, Participants acknowledge and accept their responsibility for meeting all health requirements and agree to comply with any health-related regulations or guidelines applicable to their travel itinerary. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the customer's failure to adhere to health requirements or recommendations.
Stay Trippin advises Participants to familiarize themselves with the luggage policies and regulations of the airlines they will be traveling with. Each airline has its own specific rules regarding baggage allowances, fees, size, weight limits, and restrictions on items allowed in both carry-on and checked luggage.
Participants are responsible for adhering to the luggage policies set forth by the airline(s) they will be flying with. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any additional fees, penalties, or inconvenience incurred due to non-compliance with airline luggage regulations.
Furthermore, Stay Trippin shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed luggage during air travel. Participants are advised to take appropriate measures to secure their belongings and consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages to their luggage.
It is recommended that Participants review the luggage policies of their chosen airline(s) prior to travel and ensure that their luggage meets the requirements to avoid any issues or delays during their journey. If Participants have any questions or concerns regarding airline luggage policies, they should contact the airline directly for clarification.
In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, we recommend the following tipping guidelines:
1. Drivers: It is customary to tip drivers for their service. A tip of $5-$10 per person per day is generally appropriate, depending on the level of service provided.
2. Tour Guides: Tour guides play a crucial role in enhancing your travel experience. We suggest tipping tour guides $10-$20 per person per day, depending on the length and complexity of the tour.

All passengers booking travel arrangements through Stay Trippin are required to complete a Passenger Agreement before embarking on their journey. Passengers who make bookings online will need to fulfill the requirement of completing the Passenger Agreement during the booking process.
By signing the Passenger Agreement, passengers agree to abide by the terms outlined in these Travel Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to provisions related to payments, cancellations, liability, and arbitration. Stay Trippin reserves the right to refuse travel arrangements to any passenger who fails to complete the Passenger Agreement or refuses to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined therein. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of travel arrangements without recourse or refund.
Stay Trippin shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable events (collectively referred to as "Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Stay Trippin will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on its services and fulfill its obligations to the extent possible under the circumstances. However, Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel arrangements resulting from a Force Majeure Event.
Participants acknowledge and accept that certain aspects of their travel experience may be affected by Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to changes to itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or activities. Stay Trippin shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of Force Majeure Events, and participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any such unforeseen circumstances.
By booking travel arrangements with Stay Trippin, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with Force Majeure Events and agree to hold Stay Trippin harmless from any liability arising from the impact of such events on their travel experience.
By participating in travel activities organized by Stay Trippin, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with COVID-19, including but not limited to exposure to the virus during travel and related activities.
Participants agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines issued by Stay Trippin, local authorities, and relevant health organizations to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This may include wearing face masks, practicing social distancing, and following hygiene protocols.
Participants understand that despite the implementation of preventive measures, it is not possible to eliminate the risk of COVID-19 entirely. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any exposure to COVID-19 or related consequences, including illness, quarantine, or other disruptions to travel plans.
Participants further acknowledge and accept that travel itineraries may be subject to change or cancellation due to COVID-19-related restrictions, including but not limited to border closures, quarantine requirements, or travel advisories issued by government authorities.
By booking travel arrangements with Stay Trippin, participants voluntarily assume the risks associated with COVID-19 and waive any claims against Stay Trippin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from COVID-19 exposure or related consequences.
Participants are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance coverage, including coverage for COVID-19-related risks, to mitigate any potential financial losses or medical expenses incurred during travel.
This COVID-19 Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon participants, their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
By utilizing the services provided by Stay Trippin, you acknowledge and agree that travel involves inherent risks and uncertainties. In consideration of being allowed to participate in travel activities arranged by Stay Trippin, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Stay Trippin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in travel activities.
This release applies to all known and unknown risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, property damage, loss of personal belongings, and unforeseen events beyond our control. You understand and accept that Stay Trippin acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator of travel services and cannot guarantee the safety or security of any travel arrangements.
You expressly waive any and all claims you may have against Stay Trippin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners arising from or related to your participation in travel activities, including claims arising from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.
This release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, and shall operate to release and discharge Stay Trippin and its affiliates to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stay Trippin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to:

Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that any trips booked directly between the participant and a travel supplier will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by that specific travel supplier. In such instances, The Travel League LLC, operating as Stay Trippin
("Stay Trippin"), will act solely as the Travel Agent, offering travel assistance, and will not operate in the capacity of the travel supplier or tour operator. Stay Trippin will facilitate the
booking process and provide necessary support; however, it is important to recognize that the
terms and conditions established by the individual travel supplier will govern the arrangement.
Additionally, Stay Trippin expressly disclaims any liability for any issues, disputes, or
discrepancies that may arise from the agreement between the participant and the travel supplier.
While Stay Trippin will offer support and assistance in facilitating the booking process,
including providing information and guidance, it does not assume responsibility for the
fulfillment of services, quality of accommodations, or any other aspect of the trip arranged directly between the participant and the travel supplier. Any concerns, grievances, or claims
regarding the services provided by the travel supplier must be addressed directly with the
supplier, as Stay Trippin will not be held liable for any such matters. Participants are encouraged to review and understand the terms and conditions of the travel supplier prior to booking and to

In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising under these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to resolve such matters through binding arbitration, as per the applicable laws and regulations governing arbitration proceedings in the state of Virginia. This agreement to arbitrate applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or other legal theory, arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach thereof.
Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve any disputes informally before initiating arbitration. If informal resolution attempts are unsuccessful, either party may initiate arbitration by providing written notice to the other party. By engaging in travel arrangements facilitated by Stay Trippin, the Participant accepts and assumes any associated risks that may arise during the course of their travel. Stay Trippin shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the Participant's voluntary participation in its services.
